Job Description
Exterior Pros is hiring immediately for a 2nd Shift Sales Appointment Setter to help customers create the home of their dreams. You will contact leads with a detailed script, assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new home remodel or replacement job. This position is located in Sussex, WI and candidates *must be able to work onsite.* This is a full time role with the hours of 11:30am-8:00pm during the week. Saturday shifts to be worked as needed with the hours of 8:30am-2:30pm. Pay range reflects base hourly pay + bonuses that the current average appointment setter makes.

*Responsibilities:*
* Schedule in-home consultations with qualified target prospects
* Handle all inbound inquiries, including calls, email, texts, and chat
* Responsible for making outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting
* Address customer inquiries regarding product availability and scope of work
* Follow scripts
* Properly enter detailed notes for all calls and appointment activities into CRM
* Handle fast-paced calling environment with 200+ calls per day
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
* Able to conduct themselves professionally in a team setting with managerial guidance and/or independently
* Instill confidence with prospects through clear, concise, and effective communication
