The KINN is hiring an Assistant Manager to manage and lead our KYO Coffee and Tea Lounge, Assist in Daily Operations, Assist Event Production, and Assist Membership Experiences. Duties

• Oversee daily operations of KYO Tea and Coffee lounge, ensuring an excellent member experience and that all drinks prepared are served with precision, love, care, and joy.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for coffee, tea, and pastries.
• Lead, train, and support KYO staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage Event Preparation and Operations
• Work as a barista, delivering high-quality coffee and tea service with an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization of all areas of KYO and KINN, including equipment, supplies, The Clubhouse, all co-working spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and bathrooms.
• Assist in Technical Operations of Television, Music, Audio, and Presentation Systems.
• Provide exceptional member service by engaging with members, taking orders, and offering recommendations infused coffee knowledge, and smiles.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.
• Adhere to tea, coffee, and food safety and handling standards to ensure the health and safety of our Members.
• Collaborate with Team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and events.
• Strong, Empowering, Elevated, Passionate customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with Members and The KINN Team
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A passion for community, tea, and coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques is highly valued!
