Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Prepare and submit client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure proper financial management.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings, including withholding calculations and remittances.
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide clients with accurate insights into their financial health.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Details Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
