As part of these efforts, the Global Sports Sponsorship team is seeking consulting resources to support project management, process mapping, and risk and control reviews, to enhance current-state risk management and operational best practices. Chicago Distance Series o Enhance process map for Chicago Distance Series Process o Draft Procedure Document o Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides) o Assist with project management and documentation of SII •Client Engagement o Enhance process map for Client Engagement Process o Draft Procedure Document o Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides) •Partnerships o Engage members of GSS & Legal Partners, parse through historical emails, put together a story line of how the FIFA agreements (World Cup 2026 and Club World Cup 2025) came to be Focus on risks escalated, debated and ultimately accepted Emphasis on review discussions and involvement of key stakeholders (risk, legal, etc.) o Assist with project management and documentation of SII o Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides) •Other o Assist with new Issues o Assist with requests associated with Targeted Risk Assessments o Assist with creating team materials (templates for quarterly report outs, off the shelf materials for presentations) Top 3 MUST Have:
