Certified Public Accountant

Full time, Monday through Friday

Starting at $100,000/year DOE

An established tax and financial services firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPA to join their growing team. You will play a key role in tax preparation, financial consulting, and office management while contributing to the firm’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Maintain thorough and precise records to support all tax filings.
• Coordinate tax organizers and streamline client interactions via a secure portal.
• Handle federal and state tax issues, including inquiries and compliance matters.
• Manage corporate financial records in QuickBooks to ensure accurate reporting.
• Supervise task assignments to optimize productivity and accuracy.
• Leverage technology to improve workflows and enhance client service.
• Foster ongoing learning and growth through continued education and training.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA License Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Management experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a growing organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in UltraTax (or similar tax software), QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
