Wage: $64,028/year + DOE + DOQ
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (variable hours)

- AA Degree in related field required.
- Experience in community health work can be substituted for education.
- Certified Community Health Worker Required.
- 2+ years of social services experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Experience training and teaching using a variety of modalities required.
- Bi-Lingual / Bi-Cultural Preferred.
- Must have valid Oregon Drivers license; must have been a licensed driver for at least 3 years; must have a driving record that permits coverage under C@P's company insurance.
Essential Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): - Develop CHW Curriculum using principles of Popular Education and Adult Learning.
- Maintain a relevant training curriculum designed to equip CHWs to meet the health and housing needs of people experiencing homelessness.
- Utilize participant feedback to continuously improve curriculum.
- Collaborate with partners to develop high quality training materials including but not limited to videos, hand outs, dinamicas, etc.
- Network with partner providers to coordinate training by subject matter experts for C@P's team of THWs.
- Participate with the local THW resource network Coordinate training times, locations, resources, materials, for C@P's CHW program.
- Provide support for Navigation Services trainings monthly.
- Support agency wide training efforts.
- Support the tracking of training and certifications of C@P THWs.
- Work collaboratively with the Data + Systems team to build out C@P's Learning Management System
$64,028 - $64,028 a year
Wage: $64,028/year + DOE + DOQ
Work environment: Primarily an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. High contact with C@P staff. Some contact with people experiencing homelessness and outside volunteers. Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 15 pounds or less. Close quarters with vulnerable people including individuals without stable living situations who may be struggling with mental health and substance use concerns. Indoor/Outdoor work environment with frequent interruptions and demands, and occasional unpredictable behavior. Driving between Church at the Park operated and managed sites.
