CPA

We are searching for a full-time CPA to join our team. The CPA will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Execute mid-level general-ledger account reconciliations, accurate reporting, and data verification, enabling senior staff to analyze options and make financial decisions aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

3. Prepare reports, when requested by senior managers, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

4. Prepare documents for audits.

5. Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.

6. Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.

7. File tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.

8. Maintain fixed asset listing and complete monthly depreciation entries.

9. Retain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.

10. Maintain schedule of all company vehicles and complete annual tag renewals and title transfers as needed.

11. Contribute to Finance department’s special projects as requested and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree Required
  • CPA- Certified Public Accountant Required
  • Experience in audit accounting.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full understanding of accounting functions and best practices preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
