Employees are also eligible for Kyowa Kirin's annual company-paid discretionary contribution, that vests over a 5-year period. Time Off Our robust time-off policy includes 20 paid time-off days to start and 14 paid holidays – which includes a winter break the last week of the year. Employees also receive 5 sick days.
