We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading and managing electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with extensive experience in commercial projects. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging projects, providing invaluable experience and the chance to further develop your skills in project management and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
2. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and other necessary documents.
4. Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
6. Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
7. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
8. Leading and motivating project teams to ensure high performance and timely project completion.
9. Continuously improving project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience managing commercial projects is a must.
4. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
9. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant software.
10. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
