Executive Assistant to Culinary Director

A NYC-based spice company driven by a passion for exceptional products and operational excellence is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Culinary Director. With a tight-knit team spanning manufacture, production, fulfillment, marketing, culinary, and events, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a collaborative and dynamic company.

Salary: $50,000 base (hourly, non-exempt) + performance-based bonus (paid annually)

Benefits:

• 3 PTO days to start + 5 sick days + 3 paid holidays
• Please note, the firm does not offer medical insurance
• 401(k) with company matching after eligibility period
• Annual performance-based raises

Location: 11th Avenue in Midtown West, NYC - In-office, 5 days/week
Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (45-hour workweek)

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist the Culinary Director with marketing tasks, scheduling, inbox management, and maintaining detailed records.
• Customer Service: Answer customer questions or emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support multiple departments as part of our close-knit team.
• Flexibility & Growth: Be open to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
• Team Contributions: Approach all tasks with a “no job too small” attitude to ensure team success.
