Front-End Web Developer (React & .NET) Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD and H4EAD)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Must-Have Skills:

Client-Side Scripting: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and React.

.NET Experience: 7+ years of web development experience, including programming/development in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Dynamics CRM & SQL Server: 2+ years of experience working with large-scale, multi-tenancy Dynamics CRM environments and SQL Server.

Desired Skills:

Backend Development: ASP.NET server development experience

Database: MS SQL Server

DevOps Tools: Experience with one or more of the following: TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck

Cloud: Azure Cloud experience

API: Experience with REST services

Industry: Financial Services experience

Microsoft Technologies: FluentUI and PowerApp Control Framework (PCF), Power Automate

Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and .NET technologies.

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and data sources.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues.

Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
