Position Overview

As an Occupational Therapist with Dependable Nursing Inc., you’ll have the chance to provide personalized, in-home care, helping patients regain independence in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care : Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to create customized treatment plans that enhance independence.
• Therapeutic Activities : Use therapeutic techniques and activities to help patients with daily tasks and functional skills.
• Patient Education : Teach patients and their families effective at-home therapy techniques to manage day-to-day living.
• Collaboration : Work closely with nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
• Record Keeping : Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate updates with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Education : Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensing : Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona.
• Certifications : Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience : Previous home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Transportation : Reliable personal vehicle and a valid Arizona driver’s license.
