Patient Treatment Coordinator - High End Cosmetic & Family Dental Practice

We are privately owned (non-DSO) and treat staff like family and patients like friends.

Position Overview : Are you proactive, detail-oriented individual passionate about seamless patient experiences? We're seeking an experienced Patient Treatment Coordinator to take ownership of all aspects of treatment plans, partnering closely with patients to guide them through their dental journey, while ensuring a steady patient flow and elevated standard of care and service levels. We are primarily fee for service and in network with Delta Premier only so ideally looking for someone from similar background who understands the model and prefers QUALITY over quantity

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner closely with patients to coordinate treatment plans and guide them through their dental journey with care and compassion
  • Take ownership of patient flow, ensuring appointments are efficiently scheduled and the day is prepped with all patient and dentist needs
  • Lead independently as needed to maintain integrity of the patient experience
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Collaborate closely with dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Qualifications:

  • Min 8yrs dental front office experience (advanced knowledge of cosmetic dentistry & oral surgery is big plus)
  • Prior experience in dental office management or treatment coordination is essential
  • Strong proficiency in Dentrix
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite
