We are looking for someone who is ready to combine their passion for fitness with their love of helping others. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training department at our fitness facility. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling personal trainers while also developing and implementing training programs and managing the department's budget.

You will also work with clients to develop personalized fitness plans and track their progress. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in personal training as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities

•Select, train, evaluate, and lead a team of personal trainers
•Verify that everyone is being safe and complying with all safety guidelines and established rules
•Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
•Track client development and make appropriate modifications to training plans
•Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and exceptional client experience

Qualifications

•Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
•This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the client first and providing exceptional customer service
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
•Previous experience as a manager, assistant manager, or similar position is desired
•Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer Valley Fitness - Modesto
