About Our Client Our client is a large organization within the business services industry, known for its commitment to excellence and high-quality project delivery. Operating out of Nashville, they are recognized for their innovative approach to commercial construction. Job Description - Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee the construction process from conception to completion
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and building regulations
- Prepare and present project progress reports
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

- Relevant educational qualifications in Construction Management or related field
- Experience in managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and project schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
