If that describes you...you are made for this! The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Portsmouth, NH office and will service the beautiful Greater Seacoast community. The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Open positions include Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem.
Pay: $36-$40/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)
Location: Greater Seacoast Area
