The Job

Job Summary:

You are a talented social media manager that will help us manage and grow our online presence and community across various platforms and channels – such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

You will be responsible for creating and posting original and engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and polls. You will also interact with our followers, respond to their queries and feedback, and monitor and report on our social media performance and metrics.

Description of Tasks:

  • Plan and develop social media content and campaigns that align with our brand, goals, and target audience
  • Create and post original and engaging content for our social media platforms and channels, such as photos, videos, stories, and polls, that showcase our brand, products, and services
  • Interact with our followers, respond to their queries and feedback, and build and maintain relationships with our online community
  • Monitor and evaluate our social media performance and metrics, using various tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and leverage new and emerging social media trends, platforms, and influencers, to increase our brand awareness and reach
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our social media strategy and guidelines

The Profile

List of Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in the food or lifestyle industry
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various audiences and platforms
  • Knowledge and passion for meat and cooking, with the ability to showcase our brand, products, and services
  • Proficiency in various social media tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, to plan, schedule, and optimize our social media content and campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and deadlines
