Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Curriculum Developer to join our Customer Enablement team and help us build high-quality training materials for our valued customers.

About the Role:

As a Curriculum Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging training solutions. You'll create e-learning modules, instructional videos, and lead live training sessions to empower our customers and help them maximize the value of our solutions.

What You'll Do:

Develop engaging curriculum for both instructor-led and self-paced e-learning modules.
Produce interactive course content and instructional videos.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, primarily via virtual platforms like Zoom, with occasional in-person sessions.
Collaborate with the Customer Enablement team, leveraging peer reviews and project management skills to ensure timely and effective training delivery.
Report to the Senior Manager of Training, who oversees the Customer Success department.
Your Qualifications:

Proven experience in curriculum development and delivering instructor-led training.
Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
Experience with virtual training development and delivery.
Strong skills in structured writing and modular content development.
Ability to manage all phases of curriculum development, from research and planning to writing and delivery.
Cloud and/or SaaS experience is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Bonus skills: LMS administration and technical writing.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on location and experience.
