We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sustainability Project Manager who will foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable, and Beautiful Communities. This role involves managing programs for public and private sector clients, focusing on project planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation. Candidates should have 8 or more years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, with a preference for individuals certified in PMP, LEED or another similar program. Proficiency in data analytics and excellent communication skills are essential.
While the preference is for this person to be located in the Twin Cities Metro region, the right person may serve from any of our office locations. This role is crucial in advancing our company's sustainability goals and supporting our clients in achieving theirs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
