Job Title: Territory Manager - Spine

Our highly innovative medical device Client is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge implants and devices specific to spine.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join their spinal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a focus on spine products. This role requires a deep understanding of the spine market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to meetings or exceeding sales quotas in designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our spine products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on spine products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the spine market and medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
