About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for University Advancement to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive advancement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall advancement efforts, including fundraising, alumni and parent engagement, business engagement, and university events. This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of philanthropy, collaborate with academic and administrative leadership, and build strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. The Vice President will also be expected to manage a personal portfolio of top supporters, enhance programs for various constituencies, and lead the Division of University Advancement with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
