Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize executive appointments and calendars.
- Handle email management and organization.
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
- Oversee social media accounts.
- Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes.
- Research and recommend new technologies.
- Administer CRM updates and data entry.
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and dining.
- Assist with project coordination and event planning.
- Provide personal task support as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, with at least 20 hours per week.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- Home office setup with a Mac or PC (including webcam) with at least 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Smartphone with email capabilities.
- A quiet, professional workspace.

Additional Information:

- This is a 1099 contractor position.
- Pay ranges from $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Payment is made monthly based on contracted hours. We do not guarantee hours or clients.
- All candidates may undergo a background check before a contract is issued.
- We participate in E-Verify.
